When can I access my self storage unit?
Midrand Storage is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What’s the difference between access hours and office hours?
During access hours, you can use your code to access your storage unit.
During office hours, our staff are available to provide customer service queries, accepting rental payment, etc.

If I rent from Midrand Storage can my spouse, kids or friend have access, too?
When you rent from Midrand Storage you can allow access for other people you specify. Simply designate an access code for them and the desired person will be granted access.

If I forget my access code, what do I do?
Call a Midrand Storage Property Manager for assistance during regular business hours.
